Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
Had a lovely night in a cozy room featuring a free minibar with local drinks. Staff cheerfully packed me breakfast since I had an early flight. However, I struggled with the room's lighting controls and found breakfast seating a bit cramped. Consider asking for a room away from the elevators.

perfect spot for city strolls and nearby landmarks
I greatly enjoyed my stay here, as it's just a short stroll to Taipei 101 and only about a 20-minute walk to the beautiful Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall. both spots really made my weekend exploring the city unforgettable. The cozy room and the very helpful English-speaking staff were a big plus for making me feel at home while I discovered the parks and vibrant streets around me.

Solo traveler finding comfort
The hotel room was nice, but the staff made the experience lovely. They went above and beyond when I accidentally locked myself out of my room. The receptionist was quick to help me without making me feel embarrassed.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but the service made it worth it.

missingWrote a review on 27 Maydark hallway
The hallway felt too dark, which might not appeal to those who prefer brighter spaces. The shower door failed to close properly, leaking water onto the bathroom floor—a bit annoying during shower time. Additionally, A/C control was frustrating, as the thermostat didn't seem to function properly, impacting comfort levels. After a few attempts, we ended up with a chilly room despite setting the temperature higher. The hotel is showing signs of age, including worn furnishings which could use some sprucing up.

The boutique hotel offers great access to local attractions and an impressive breakfast with a variety of options. However, the lack of responsive communication and decision-making processes at night led to frustrating experiences. Cleanliness issues, particularly with the bathtub design causing water overflow, needed attention. Despite these setbacks, the overall friendly service added a positive note to the stay.

Just a proper fit for a brief hiatus in Taipei with great value for money. The staff was super friendly and helped me with my luggage upon arrival, which was great. Make sure to try the breakfast buffet because it has a solid selection.
