Excellent place with excellent Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar/lounge area. On my first visit, the staff helped me with my suitcases, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay!

The room was a nice size and beautiful with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe.

Fairly clean perfect accommodation with experienced staff and excellent location also close to subway MRT. Location adjacent to nice spas that are open late for foot massage, and many areas.

Friendliness of staff, excellent service, the lobby lounge is a great place for meetings and relaxation, hotel is situated in a great location with numerous restaurants and shops near by, highly recommended for anyone visiting Taipei!

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement

Had a lovely night in a cozy room with a free minibar with local drinks. Staff cheerfully packed me breakfast since I had an early flight. I struggled with the room's lighting controls and found breakfast seating a bit cramped.

I liked the great hospitality and professionalism of the staff. Overall it has been a great stay for us.

Everyone is very friendly and the staffs can easily recognise you and address you by your surname. Love the breakfast. This hotel serve me well for my business trip. I will definitely stay there again.

perfect spot for city strolls and nearby landmarks

Both spots really made my weekend exploring the city lovely. The cozy room and the very helpful English-speaking staff were a big plus for making me feel at home while I discovered the parks and vibrant streets around me.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the metro. Staff are really helpful and attentive. The breakfast selection is excellent. I appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room. Great value for the price 😊

none. Disappointing hotel faicilities, run down room stablement. Unsafisfry stay, noises kept me awake, and suprised to see leaky ceiling with poor dim lightling systems.

Everything! poor lighting. poor sound proof quality, noises from the streets, hallways, next room, water faucets, knocking water pipes, leakying ceiling. peeling wall paper. back alley window views. hotel is located off the main road, not easy to find. front entrance is only accessible from small alley. inexperience staff with haughty attitude, and upper lips. no assistance for special breakfast request. Was told by the staff to pick and choose whatever is offered on the breakfast table. Didn't expect to get this reply from a hotel that is supposedly rated for a 4.5 stars. Expected higher quality and services from the hotel. Not worth the money charged. Feel being cheaped and lied to paying so much and getting such poor quality hotel

Attentive and friendliness of staff throughout the hotel- from front desk to housekeeping. The staff helped us plan our day for travelling with small kid. They reminded us to keep hydrated in the heat, and made sure we take water (complimentary bottled water in room and in lobby ) with us before we left for the day. We got upgraded to a suite, and the room was nice and spacious! Buffet breakfast had a wide selection- lots of fruit selection, which my 7 year old loves. Other choices were Western, Chinese as well as Japanese. Good location- short walking distance to big department store and the MRT.

The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of delicious options. I loved the complimentary snacks and drinks provided in the room.

lighting in the room is terrible (especially in the bathroom) Sound proof is not very good so can hear next door's pipe sound very clearly
